The application process was good as all the relevant files, including contracts, were sent to me to sign and send back on time. You always kept in touch with me to make sure I was okay and to notify me when any maintenance works would be carried out in the house. I always liked when my fellow tenants and I met up in the kitchen and went out to Reading Town Centre. I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing the property with the other tenants as they all have been lovely roommates. It has been easy as I have seldom ever had any troubles and have been able to get along with everyone without issue. I have been treated well by the landlords and agent managing the property.
