Tenants Onboarding process
Step 1: Onboarding
1– Initial call and chat through your current situation regarding accommodation and work life
2– Tenant questionnaire registration – establishes tenant’s right to rent, affordability ,no CCJ’s or bankruptcy and essential details to ensure we’re not wasting each other’s time
3– Registration is checked, I discuss and send you a viewing invitation at your convenience -whether weekends or evenings conducting viewings, in person or virtually
Step 2: Application and Verification
4– DocuSign 1 after the viewing if you wish to proceed , 1 week ‘s deposit removes the advert from the Internet
5– Then credit referencing you by rent profile
Step 3: Tenancy Agreement
6– DocuSign 2 created Assured Short hold Tenancy AST agreement via. 3 weeks rent, 5 weeks security deposit to be paid directly to the landlord
7– Confirm move in date allowing for maintenance and professional cleaning
8– I am available to talk everyone through the process by phone and or any other form of communication that is suited to yourself
Step 4: Finalising
9– DocuSign 3 confirmation of time, date we meet to introduce you to the property and signing for the handover of keys.
10– Added to the house WhatsApp group, Landlord Vision an online portal depending on the property
