Step 1: Property Valuation
By having one of our lettings professionals visit your property, we can provide an accurate rental income estimate and quickly match your property with suitable tenants. Our appraisals consider market conditions, comparable homes, and our agent’s local knowledge. We also offer advice on maximising your earnings.
Within 24 hours of the inspection, you’ll receive a precise assessment and be assigned a dedicated contact to assist you throughout the process.
After which we provide a comprehensive letting agency contract with terms and conditions setting out clearly fees, roles and responsibility of agent and landlord.
Step 2: Finding Tenants
